As a long-standing Carrier Transicold network service partner, Pullman Fleet operate to the highest standards of aftersales supporting Carrier Transicold customers in South & West Yorkshire and Lincolnshire from our Maltby and Spalding sites respectively.

KPIs we are measured against to maintain these sites include:

  • Incident management service of 90 mins
  • 95% first time fix rate across products
  • Parts availability, with one year warranty on all genuine parts supplied
  • Service completion (int. and annual)

Operating on a 24-7/365 basis, services we provide include the install and commission of new units as well as complete warranty cover for Carrier Transicold trailers for a range of industries. Furthermore, our engineers and technicians all have F-Gas qualification for safe refrigerant gas handling and are engaged in on-going training with Carrier Transicold.

Our mobile fleet of service vans feature the latest generation of tooling and are fully equipped with spare parts to enable onsite repair: this helps us maintain a high first time fix response with Mobile Engineers able to book, complete and invoice jobs independently

MAN

Pullman Fleet are a key part of the MAN dealer network, covering the north-west of England and north Wales from our site at Ellesmere Port, Merseyside.

Adhering to MAN processes and specifications, we provide service, repair, maintenance, insurance and warranty work on MAN’s range of commercial trucks, vans and pick-up trucks. We also provide a comprehensive preparation for MOT inspections which can include vehicle collection and delivery, brake testing and emissions testing, the booking of tests, presentation of the vehicle to the test station and any remedial work.

To support the delivery of this service, fully equipped service vans with trained technicians operate mobile support 24/7 to provide emergency cover across the territory. KPIs we are measured against include:

  • MOT pass rate: currently 96% YTD
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Mobile support call-out times within 60 minutes

Perhaps the site’s biggest USP is its Hazardous Good Management capability: Ellesmere Port is a fully equipped Petroleum workshop featuring all the latest technology and tools to allow working at height when required.

In addition, we are able to test and certify road tankers (UKAS Accredited) and can issue Safe Loading Passes under the current major oil company scheme to allow access to terminals. Furthermore, we are able to carry out and certify vapour tightness testing to comply with current legislation for bi-annual checks
